An iconic risk taker for sure. She will wear any funky flip-flop you give her and make you think she invented the toe. While I encourage you to check out vintage Celia (Mambo Kings), I'm really interested today in what she's been up to lately-
Celia, you're nuts. I can only hope wigs still come in Orange Julius when I reach retirement. Thank you Ms. Cruz for the strength I needed to shake off this September slump and whoop in the cool days of October. Did someone say LAYERS?!
